IEEE Fellows

Our current and retired Faculty includes several outstanding scientists who have been awarded the prestigious title of IEEE Fellow

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world's leading professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. With over 460,000 members in more than 190 countries, IEEE is a leading authority on a wide variety of areas in electrical and computer engineering, sciences, and related disciplines. The IEEE publishes approximately a third of the world's technical literature in electrical engineering, computing, and electronics, and has an active portfolio of 1,144 standards. Additionally, the organization also sponsors more than 2,000 conferences each year.

IEEE Fellow is a distinction reserved for selected IEEE Senior Members whose extraordinary accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest are deemed fitting of this prestigious grade elevation. Each year, this honor is limited to no more than 0.1% of the total IEEE voting membership. Fellow is the highest grade of IEEE membership and is recognized as a prestigious honor and an important career achievement.
