The Department of Electrical, Electronic and Information Engineering "Guglielmo Marconi" (DEI) started its activities in October 2012, when the former Department of Electrical Engineering (DIE) joined part of the former Department of Electronics, Computer Sciences and Systems (DEIS).

Our department is located on two campus branches and consists of around 120 scientists, whose research and education activities cover the following fields of Industrial and Information Engineering:

DEI offers five graduate international programmes taught in English, as well as six undergraduate and two additional graduate programmes taught in Italian. Our Department offers also two international Ph.D. programmes.
