Marconi Institute for Creativity (MIC)

A research group dedicated to the scientific study of creative and inventive thinking operates within the DEI Department, as part of the Marconi Institute for Creativity, a joint initiative of the University of Bologna and the Guglielmo Marconi Foundation. Primary research areas are: 1) The dynamic creativity framework; 2) The relationship between intelligence and creativity; 3) The creative collaboration between the human mind and artificial intelligence (cyber-creativity); 4) the investigation of the neurophysiological correlates of creative thinking and the cognitive, emotional, and personality predictors of creative performance and creative achievement.
