Abstract
This session will focus on the technology standardization aspect of “5G” First, we will introduce at high level some of the technologies that are expected to be studied by the industry as 5G gets defined. Then, in order to provide a glimpse of how technology standardization works, we will discuss 3 different sets of views from 3 different set of corporations, as recently presented at the 3GPP Workshop on 5G.
