Gianmarco Di Eusebio was born in Abruzzo, Italy, in 1995, and currently splits his time between Modena and Pescara. He earned his Scientific High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico, establishing a solid foundation for his academic pursuits. Gianmarco went on to graduate from the Polytechnic University of Marche, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management and later a Master’s degree in the same field, graduating with highest honors (110/110 cum laude) in 2019. In 2018, Gianmarco enriched his academic experience through the Erasmus+ program at Konstanz University of Applied Sciences in Germany, where he specialized in International Project Engineering. During his Master’s thesis internship at Electrolux S.p.A. in Forlì in 2019, he implemented a cloud-based platform for data analysis to optimize lean manufacturing processes. In 2020, Gianmarco completed a post-graduate traineeship at Electrolux, serving as a lean change agent and material handling engineer. His contributions helped the factory achieve a record-breaking output of 6,000 ovens per day, the highest in its history. In January 2021, Gianmarco joined Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions S.p.A. as a Project Manager / Product Owner. Leading a team responsible for the product lifecycle of caps and straws applicators, he ensured business continuity amid challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain disruptions, and geopolitical instability. By 2024, under his leadership, the team had grown to 30 members, expanding its scope and capabilities. In 2024, Gianmarco also directed the final development stage of the Tetra Pak® Cap Applicator 40 Speed Hyper, further solidifying his impact on the company’s innovation efforts.
